Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://tablebyelisa.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Table By Elisa markets and arranges Weekly Meal Prep, Event Catering, On-site Catering, Private Cooking Classes, Dinner Party Catering. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Table By Elisa and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Table By Elisa may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. Table By Elisa disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation. In no event will Table By Elisa's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Table By Elisa harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Law and Venue. FL law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in FL.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
